How do I place an order?
Simply browse our selection, add your desired items to your cart, and follow the checkout steps. It's quick and easy!


What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay, and Tabby (allowing you to split your payment into 4 or more installments). Your payment information is always secure with us.

Can I pay with cash on delivery?
No, we currently do not offer cash on delivery.

Can I modify or cancel my order?
We process orders very quickly. If you need to make changes or cancel, please contact our customer support immediately. We'll do our best to help before your order ships.

Where do you deliver?
We offer delivery across the entire UAE.

What are your shipping options and costs?
We provide standard same or next-day delivery across the UAE. For customers in Dubai, we also offer an exclusive 4-hour express delivery option for an additional fee. Free standard delivery is available on orders over 150 AED. For more details on shipping, please visit our Shipping Policy page.

How long will it take to receive my order?
For standard delivery across the UAE, you can expect your order to arrive on the same or next business day. If you opt for express delivery in Dubai, your order will be delivered within 4 hours.

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking link will be sent to you via mobile or email, allowing you to monitor its progress.
